LinkedIn, Lynda.com look to help users explore new careers

LinkedIn is recommending collections of training videos on Lynda.com for people interested in new careers. Users need to have paid Lynda.com accounts to access the "learning paths," but LinkedIn says it is considering adding payment options for users who want access only to specific course loads.

US employers added 215,000 jobs in March, according to data from the Labor Department. The unemployment rate reached 5%, up slightly from 4.9% in February, as more Americans started looking for work.
