Students earn diplomas through inaugural program

Five students, ranging in age from 22 to 47 years old, received their high school diplomas through the Richland Library Career Online High School at the program’s inaugural graduation ceremony. Currently, 40 students are enrolled in the program, while 70 interested candidates have completed the prerequisite course.

Prisma Health, Contessa partner on care model

Prisma Health will partner with Nashville-based Contessa on a care model, called home recovery care, designed to keep patients out of the hospital by bringing key elements of inpatient care directly into patients’ homes.

Conservation of H.L. Hunley topic of weekly series

The restoration of the H.L. Hunley submarine will be the topic of the weekly Lunch and Learn series at the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum on Oct. 25.

Northeast property developed after 12 years

The Roseberry apartment complex has opened on land purchased by Julie and David Tuttle in 2007. After weathering the 2008 economic downturn, the Tuttles forged ahead with the multifamily development in Northeast Columbia.
