Goldman Sachs Group plans to cut about 1% of its workforce -- roughly 400 jobs -- after deciding to abandon its COVID-19 crisis-based moratorium on eliminating jobs, sources say. Other large financial institutions such as Citigroup and Wells Fargo & Co. have also walked back on the moratorium.
