According to HCPro's 2020 Residency Coordinator Salary Survey, the most common job title among respondents is "residency program coordinator," with 30% of responses (see Figure 5). This was the top title reported in our 2017 and 2019 surveys. Since we've taken an in-depth look at the highest earners who submitted responses to the 2020 Residency Coordinator Salary Survey, let's now take a look at respondents who earn $35,000 or less annually (lowest-paid professionals). In the 2020 survey, just 5% of survey respondents fall within this category, down from 11% in 2019.
