Attorneys: OxyContin maker agrees to tentative settlement

Hennepin Co. Sheriff won't release video in Richfield police shooting
In a statement, Sheriff David Hutchinson said that interviews with witnesses and officers are not finished, so his department won't release any video evidence from Richfield or Edina police for fear of jeopardizing the investigation.

Following Tuesday tornadoes, Sioux Falls to fix alert system
Sioux Falls mayor Paul TenHaken says some parts of the city did not hear sirens as winds topping 90 miles an hour roared through town and multiple tornadoes damaged dozens of buildings and vehicles.
