THE ORIGINAL HIGHBALL
 

• 50ml Asterley Original
• 75ml Indian Tonic or Pink Grapefruit Soda

Take a highball glass and fill with ice, add the ingredients above
Stir gently and garnish with a strip of lemon zest squeezed over the glass

THE ORIGINAL NEGROSKI
 

• 25ml Asterley Original
• 25ml SCHOFIELD'S Dry Vermouth
• 25ml English Vodka (we like Broken Clock)

Take an Old-Fashioned glass and fill with ice, add the ingredients above
Stir gently for 60 seconds and garnish with a wedge of lemon
