Plan the perfect summer getaway to Switzerland for your clients!

Summer in Switzerland is a season of vibrant festivities, culinary delights, and thrilling adventures that highlight the country's diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage.

Start the journey in Lausanne, recently named the 6th top sports city in Burson's 2024 Ranking of Sports Cities. As the Olympic Capital, Lausanne is a hub for sports enthusiasts, hosting numerous international sports federations and organizations.

In Bern, August brings an array of outdoor activities. Recommend the city parade, Swiss wrestling in the Emmental, or a vintage bike race. For a break, suggest free museum admissions on Saturdays in 14 museums all over the city to admire a variety of exhibitions.

Next, send them to the Italian, more Mediterranean part of Switzerland, Ticino. Have them indulge in the rich local gastronomy with cooking classes, wine tastings, and picturesque vineyard tours.

As August 15th approaches, suggest celebrating the National Day of the Principality of Liechtenstein. This annual event features a morning state ceremony, afternoon festivities in the capital Vaduz, and a spectacular evening fireworks display.

Direct them to Interlaken, Europe's premier destination for adventure sports. Here, they can engage in thrilling activities amidst stunning natural surroundings. After an adrenaline-packed day, they can cool off with a refreshing dip in the water.

To cap off their adventure, suggest a visit to Zermatt to meet the adorable black-nosed sheep on the Gornergrat. These 125 sheep graze in the shade and can be tracked via GPS. Experience the cuddly visitors amid breathtaking views of the Matterhorn.

From sports and culture to food and adventure, summer in Switzerland offers an unforgettable experience for your clients.
