Retaining Underserved Students
 
Supporting Students in Times of Need
 
Even before the coronavirus upended it, higher education’s approach to retaining, supporting, and graduating underserved students was fraught with contradictions. At the same time that colleges invested in many of those students, college degrees became increasingly the property of the privileged.

Administrators and professors committed to student success must think creatively and strategically in order to retain at-risk students before it’s too late.
