Chef’s Corner: Turkey Roulade With Bourbon Gravy
If roasting a whole bird is a little too intimidating (or you’re expecting a smaller crowd this Thanksgiving), try this turkey breast wrapped in bacon...yes, bacon! Sysco Executive Chef Neil Doherty stuffs a boneless turkey breast with wild mushroom stuffing and then wraps it in bacon.
