This, of course, involves better diets and lifestyles but, more importantly, it means resolving the parade of resentments, fears, guilts, etc. that we collect over a lifetime. These "peace bandits" cause our systems to produce a cascade of negative chemistry that eventually manifests as disease. This is one of many ways in which The Unseen Therapist shines.
