Spicy Salmon Teriyaki With Steamed Bok Choy

 
 

It’s hard to argue with sweet, spicy, saucy, glossy pieces of teriyaki salmon over steamed white rice—add bok choy and it’s a complete dinner that comes together in under half an hour. My secret to success here is to toss the salmon in cornstarch before cooking to help develop a crust that the sauce can really cling to.
