Sweet & Savoury Sloppy Joes

1 tsp. canola oil
1 1/4 lb. ground pork
1 cup yellow onion, diced
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. BeeMaid Honey
24 oz thick pasta sauce (680ml)

2 cups hot strong brewed dark roast coffee
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup BeeMaid Honey
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
