The week's biggest real estate stories.
Barely nine months after he bought his new Los Angeles mansion, Sylvestor Stallone has hoisted the lavish estate back onto the market. The "Rambo" star is seeking $22.5 million for the 2.2-acre ranch, which was decorated by celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard and includes a large main house, a guesthouse, a horse arena for riding, vegetable gardens and a koi pond. Elsewhere, "Selling Sunset" star Mary Fitzgerald and her husband Romain Bonnet have bought their first home -- a traditional-style Toluca Lake residence originally built just after WWII and since renovated. |
