"Tulsa King" star Sylvester Stallone lives in Palm Beach but recently shelled out $25 million in cold hard cash for a glamorously appointed mansion in the Hamptons. So the story goes, Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin purchased the 12,000-square-foot home and its turnkey furnishings for their three daughters. Owned for decades by a prominent Long Island family, the eight-bedroom, 10-bath home sits on just about an acre of manicured grounds with lush lawns, a swimming pool and an open-air cabana. And in New York City, a four-story, townhouse-like penthouse atop a boutique building in the West Village has sailed onto the market for $36.5 million. In addition to a 43-foot-long great room and a top-floor media lounge, the downtown aerie has two large terraces, one with a plunge pool and the other with a hot tub, both with glimpses of the Hudson River.
