Less than two years after he bought it, Sylvester Stallone has taken a loss on his ranch-style Hidden Hills estate, selling to Creedence Clearwater Revival's John Fogerty for $17.2 million. While still a big number, that sale price is $1 million less than Stallone paid for the Martyn Lawrence Bullard-styled compound, which includes a 10,000-square-foot main house, a guesthouse, horse stables and a riding arean. And back East, a historic Georgetown townhouse once owned by Jackie Kennedy is now slated to be sold in a no-reserve auction this month.

That chalks up as a $1 million loss for Rocky, who bought the 2.2-acre, Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed Hidden Hills compound less than two years ago.
