T-Mobile has partnered with Chronus to improve employee engagement through a mentoring program that has increased career mobility by 26% and retention by 37%. "We want a very connected workforce; we want people to share their experiences, their knowledge, and do that across the business." says Cathy Nelson, senior manager of talent management for T-Mobile.
Employers are increasingly recognizing the importance of digestive health benefits as overall health care costs are expected to rise 7% in 2025. Gastrointestinal health is crucial for well-being, affecting conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and mental health. Benefits that employ digital platforms for GI care can provide quicker access to specialists, addressing the shortage of gastroenterologists and improving employee productivity and health outcomes.
Nearly half of US employees plan to leave vacation time unused by year-end, citing expenses, self-imposed pressure and heavy workloads as top reasons. according to an Eagle Hill Consulting survey. WorkForce Software's Sandra Moran, who notes unused paid time off can signal a lack of communication from employers, suggests leaders send reminders each quarter about using vacation time and share data showing how failing to take time off can cause lower productivity and higher turnover.
