Oh, how I love my tacos, but they make me feel a bit guilty when I'm in charge of cooking and have the ability to grab more tortillas to keep making them! Enter the sweet potato: our shell substitute. It's got loads of fiber so it really keeps you full without taking away from the awesome taco filling. Give these a try, you won't feel guilty! I used lean ground chicken here. You can use any type of ground meat or meat substitute you like!

You don't have to have a green thumb to grow Wandering Jew. I purchased this plant from Walmart in April. I have thinned it several times. I made a hanging basket and gave it to a friend, added a few sprigs around my Lantana plant and also pitched it over the deck railing behind a bush just to get rid of it. That little bit took root and it is spreading.

I read a hint about Sweet'N Low on ThriftyFun a month or two ago as I have a problem every spring with ants coming into my kitchen. I sprinkled two packages of Sweet'N Low on the window sill where they were coming in and have not seen any ants since.
