Even though they bought it just two years ago, Taika Waititi and his wife Chelsea Winstanley have their Studio City midcentury modern on the market for $2.75 million. Designed by Gerard Colcord in 1963, the “Thor: Ragnarok” director purchased the home from television creator Marti Noxon for $2.4 million in 2018. Meanwhile, over in Santa Monica, Patty Jenkins has picked up another property in the iconic beach city. Her latest purchase is a charming Country English-style house that was built in 1926.
