Take a look inside SoLou, which will open in River Ranch

Welcome the Monday edition of the Acadiana Business Newsletter. Let's get to the headlines....

A Baton Rouge-based restaurant will open a new location in Lafayette River Ranch this week.

SoLou, which opened its first restaurant on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge, will open an additional spot in the former Grub Burger Bar on Monday, according to social media posts. The company behind the restaurant shared the expansion news in January. They also have a new Florida location in the works.
