According to the ancient yogic texts, our existence comprises five energetic layers, sheaths, or ‘Koshas’, ranging from the densest part of our being (the body), to the most vast and subtle (inner joy/peace). Exploring, welcoming and balancing these Koshas can ultimately help us to connect and experience our true self.
