Every August marks the unofficial start of the gift-giving season, and whether we like it or not, the race towards the end of the year. There are about 120 days left to make 2018 count — it’s the perfect time to refresh, reset, and more importantly reevaluate our plans for the remaining four months.
This has become a bit of a ritual for us at TAP and so every year at this time, we look at our progress, what we have accomplished and how we can make the most of the rest of the year. It is not so much a formal process as it is a way to open up a conversation and refocus our team on what matters most to our business. These conversations have led to a decision of remaking our space to make way for new things to come.
