NHS staff in Scotland offered 4% pay rise Speaking of our NHS staff, the Scottish Government has promised more than 154,000 of them a pay rise of at least four per cent. “Our NHS staff deserve more than applause and one per cent is not enough," said the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon on Twitter.
