Self-care is never selfish

As the pandemic stretches on, so many of us are experiencing burnout and fatigue. While humans are equipped to handle short periods of high stress, long-term crises can wreck havoc on our systems, causing negative psychological, emotional, and physical responses. There is no simple cure, but taking the time to focus on one's own mental and physical well-being is crucial. This week we offer some tips and resources for self-care.
