Pata Yamaha Official STK1000 Team rider Roberto Tamburini put on a brilliant display for the passionate Italian fans at Imola as he secured his second podium of the season at round three of the 2017 FIM European Superstock 1000 Championship. The 23-year-old Italian crossed the line in second to the delight of the packed grandstands and now sits third in the championship standings with 43 points. It was an unfortunate day for his teammate Florian Marino, who crashed out of the race while battling for the podium.
