Flinders University scientists, led by Tasmanian Professor Nik Petrovsky, are on track to have a vaccine by the end of the year.
Morning’s Leon Compton discusses the vaccine process with Professor Petrovsky and how the first COVID-19 vaccine to be developed in the southern hemisphere has progressed to human trials.
But the company behind it is funded by the United States' National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, so will it stay in Australia? | |
