Team DSM are thrilled to announce that they have extended their contract with Juliette Labous, with the 2020 French TT national champion riding in the team’s colours until the end of 2023.
Labous turned professional with the team in 2017 and since then has grown as a rider, proving herself to be a valuable member of the team both on and off the bike. A culture carrier, Labous fits in well with the team’s ethos and vision; always wanting to push herself to take the next step. A strong all-round rider, Labous has tasted success against the clock where in 2020 she claimed the French tricolour as national time trial champion. Not only strong in the individual events, Labous has proven to be a great part of the support block but also someone who can take good results when in the role of finisher on behalf of the team, such as sixth place in this year’s La Flèche Wallonne or her white jersey win and 11th overall at the Giro d’Italia Internazionale Femminile in 2019. Still only 22 years old, Labous already has a wealth of experience with the team and some strong foundations that together, they will continue to build on in the future.
