NATIONAL: Cond Nast’s LGBTQ+ brand, Them, is debuting Chosen, a holiday celebration taking place Nov. 23 on YouTube Live. Presented by Mastercard, the event will feature messages from and conversations with prominent members of the queer community, including Bob the Drag Queen, Angelica Ross, Tegan & Sara, and Rickey Thompson.

DETROIT: The TCF Convention Center is among 10 companies, projects, and individuals to receive the 2020 U.S. Green Building Council Award, which acknowledges leaders in the field of sustainability. NEW YORK: The Pendry Manhattan West has appointed Ash Bhasin as general manager. Slated to open in 2021 in New York City’s Hudson Yards District, the luxury hotel will offer 164 guest rooms plus a signature restaurant, a terrace bar, and space for meetings and events.
