This week, the Trump administration has aggressively arrested people protesting ICE’s cruelty and deployed federalized National Guard troops and Marines to Los Angeles.
And President Trump has threatened that it won't stop at Los Angeles. He is trying to write himself a blank check to use the military to stifle dissent and scare us into silence.
We cannot be a country that puts troops on our streets to silence protesters. And the ACLU will not let President Trump abuse his power and violate our right to speak out.
