It was lovely to see some of you IRL last week at our annual Builders conference in Philly. There were so many great conversations, and I learned a ton.

In today's newsletter, we have a roundup of recent leadership changes and other power moves in the Baltimore region. It was no surprise to see a good amount of cybersecurity news, including one local company in that sector that opened a new office in Israel.

Plus, keep scrolling to learn about the career journey of the former CTO of Baltimore digital services firm Mindgrub — and how he's helping people meaningfully integrate AI into their own businesses.
