Retired tennis pro Tommy Haas has earned more than a dozen singles titles and an Olympic silver medal, and he once ranked number two in the world. The German-born player is now adding real estate development to his professional bailiwick, stepping in as the club curator and global ambassador for the already underway revitalization of the historic Bath & Racquet Residences and Club in Sarasota, Florida, where Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert trained in the 1970s. Along with 13 championship tennis courts, the revamped club will have 16 indoor (and air-conditioned!) pickleball and padel courts, along with 256 condos. And for those who prefer a roomy single-family residence where the buffalo roam, a long, low-slung architect-designed home in Wyoming, listed for $29 million, is set on 18 acres with the craggy, snow-capped peaks of the Teton Range as its backdrop.
