After two years of ownership and a complete overhaul, tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her NBA pro husband David Lee are offering their Florida penthouse at an eye-catching $42 million. Perched atop the luxury tower on Miami’s Fisher Island, the condo offers a total of 12,000 square feet of seamless indoor/outdoor living space, with highlights that include a salon, a bar area, two terraces, a private rooftop pool and sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. And back over in Los Angeles, "Two and a Half Men" and "The Big Bang Theory" creator Chuck Lorre has sold one of his two Pacific Palisades estates for nearly $14 million.
