Tesla faces class-action suit alleging racial discrimination

Electric-car manufacturer Tesla faces a class-action lawsuit filed by former employee Marcus Vaughn that alleges racial discrimination by supervisors and co-workers. Vaughn says that complaints to HR and CEO Elon Musk were ignored and that he was fired for allegedly having a poor attitude.
