Cecily Aguilar, the Texas woman who helped mutilate and conceal the body of soldier Vanessa Guillen, has been sentenced to 30 years following a court hearing Monday.

Aguilar was the girlfriend of Aaron Robinson, the soldier who was suspected of killing Guillen in 2020. Robinson fatally shot himself as police moved to arrest him in connection with Guillen’s disappearance and death.
