Katie will return to ABTS in November to lead a day of large-scale gestural drawing. Immerse yourself in the experience, whether walking at the water’s edge or sheltering in the studio, and translate the sensations into marks on the page.

It's hard not to be inspired by our seafront location, and Samantha Boot has developed a special pallete of natural dyes for her Textiles: A Sense of Place workshop on 22nd April.

You'll explore a variety of techniques, using layering, appliqué and binding stitch to create a tonal wall hanging on this one day workshop. Suitable for all levels of ability. Find out more here.

Learn a fun and quick technique for producing beautiful monotypes at Denise Harrison's Gelli Printing Workshop.

Spend the day learning techniques like object printing, stencils, image transfer with this painterly technique printing. 8th April, 10am-4pm. Find out more here.
