COOK THIS NOW Turkey Meatballs With Coconut Broth and Noodles This Thai-inspired dinner from my colleague Rhoda Boone includes her clever strategy for feeding a range of eaters (from picky to adventurous) with just one recipe. The trick is to assemble all of the components and then plate them to appease whomever you’re feeding. For option one, serve the flavorful meatballs, vegetables, and noodles "plain" (without broth). For option two, transform those three things into into a savory noodle bowl with a rich and aromatic coconut broth, which will appeal to a wide range of palates.
