We’ve been busy too.

Free Press Action

Friend — Last week, the Biden administration marked its first 100 days in office. By now, you’ve heard all about the administration’s accomplishments and priorities — including a proposed $100 billion to get people connected to affordable high-speed internet, which follows years of advocacy by Free Press Action and our allies.

Now, we’re excited to share with you just a few highlights of our movement’s progress over those 100 days — influencing the White House and Congress, transforming newsrooms, and holding Big Media and Big Tech accountable. None of this would have been possible without the support and actions of people like you:

This is just a small sampling of what we’ve done in the first 100 days of the Biden administration.

And I want to stress what we’ve done. “We” very much includes you. We couldn’t have accomplished any of this without the 1.4 million activists like you who sign our petitions, call their legislators and donate to make our work possible.

If you can, please consider making a donation today to support the accomplishments we’ll see over the next 100 days, and the next 100 days after that, and the next 100 days after that …

Thank you so much for everything you do to keep our movement strong.

In solidarity,

Heather and the rest of the Free Press Action team

P.S. We don't take a single dollar from business, government or political parties — our independence is just too important. That means that all of our progress and wins are made possible through the generous support of people like you. Donate today to keep our work going strong.
