Glastonbury! Honestly we are still buzzing from the show Our first Glasto in 21 years and you all made us feel like it had been no time at all. We will never forget that show. One of the best crowds we ever played to at any festival anywhere in the last 30 years. If it’s another 21 years until our next one I’ll be 70 years old and my knees aren’t that great even now, so we may have to play that one sitting in chairs. Hopefully, though, it’ll not be that long. Thank you all for singing your hearts out and giving us so much positivity it was truly inspirational and emotional. |
I’m not usually lost for words (most of the time you can’t shut me up) but it’s hard to fully describe how we felt on that stage. Some things though are beyond words. So we’ll just say thank you to everyone that was there. You made it one of the best days we’ve ever had. Peace and love. gL.x |
