Today is "Thank You Thursday" and I want to take a moment to say Thank You to all the organizations and teams who have brought me or members of my team in to speak or host a workshop online over this past year! When COVID hit, like many, I wasn't sure what to expect. At a time when many organizations retracted, many others chose to invest in their people and help them stay positive through this uncertain and challenging time. I've done hundreds of virtual speeches since last March and loved connecting with people in a different way. Seeing how people have responded to my virtual keynotes and our online trainings and workshops I've become more convicted than ever in this work and message.
Positive leadership and teamwork is the way we overcome, adapt, create positive change and thrive! As we move forward, my team and I are excited about doing in person events again and are also scheduling a lot of virtual events as well.
