Saba Demonstration: Saba is an ancient condiment, known since the time of the Romans, and is the result of cooking selected grape musts. It is the main ingredient in the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Saba is known for an incredible fruity flavor with notes of grapes, plums, and raisins, with no pungency. Saba is versatile enough to elevate meat dishes as well as roasted vegetables. |
