For as long as I can remember, Thanksgiving has been my favorite holiday. I enjoy it because the focus is on spending time with loved ones (and laughing harder than I do all year). Plus, I always look forward to whipping up favorite recipes—and trying new ones—as well as planning my shopping strategy for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The whole day is joyful, and there are delicious leftovers afterward! What’s not to love?
Even if you’re not having Thanksgiving at your home, now is the time to start planning for the holiday. I’m already thinking about what I want to wear, and a cozy sweater like this Nordstrom colorblock find is comfortable, fun, and easy to pair with my favorite Quince pants or jeans and flats. I’m also eyeing a new dish for my green bean casserole, and this one by Magnolia at Target has great reviews, not to mention a beautiful look. I never like to arrive without a hostess gift, and the holiday scent Nest candle is my favorite. |
