That Senate 'Collusion' Report? It's Got No Smoking Gun ... but It Does Have a Fog Machine

Spirits soared among Trump-Russia conspiracy believers during the Democratic convention last month when the Senate intelligence committee released its final report on Russiagate. Democrats proclaimed that the tome’s evidence "is what collusion looks like."
