After refusing to leave her care and return to the wild, a woman who rescued a young squirrel built a close connection with the animal. Patricia Robinson originally discovered Bunk, the squirrel she named, in 2016 after he was abandoned by his mother and left to fend for himself, causing Patricia to rescue him and raise him. While her initial aim was to make him healthy enough to be released back into the wild, Bunk had other ideas,refusing to leave her house and staying with his human companion ever since.

Over the last few months, more than 500 of the world's tiniest penguins have inexplicably washed up dead on beaches across New Zealand. Experts aren't sure what's killing so many of the cute seabirds, but they believe climate change is to blame. Since early May, groups of dead tiny penguins, known as kororā in New Zealand, have started showing up on beaches on the country's North Island. Last week, a group of 183 dead birds washed up on Ninety Mile Beach near Kaitaia, forming the greatest cluster. The cause of the penguin deaths was not immediately known, although specialists remarked that the majority of the dead seabirds were severely underweight. |

On Wednesday, Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve Chairman, insisted that the central bank isn’t deliberately trying to bring on a recession. He also tried to assure people that the economy is on firm footing. According to several reports, the S22 FE might not be happening at all.
