The year 2020 has been a roller coaster ride for stock markets globally. Till February 2020, most of the markets were riding on a growth phase. On February 12, 2020, S&P 500 reached an all-time high, close to 3,400 points, and then the unthinkable happened: the pandemic had hit the stock markets across the world at an incredible speed, and we witnessed one of the quickest declines from the beginning of March. The economic uncertainty and lockdowns have caused the financial markets across the world to plummet. However, the markets then started pulling back due to the investment made majorly by retail investors; a few of the indices and stocks saw their all-time-high in this new bull rally.
