Plus: Harry Reid’s unexamined legacy; more people are getting married, but not that many more; and Lori Vallow’s request to dismiss denied.
Good morning! Here’s the forecast: ☀️ 2 – 21° in Logan 🌤️ 17 – 33° in Salt Lake City ☀️ 25 – 41° in St. George It looks like I’m not the only one with an earworm. A few of you responded to yesterday’s question with the songs that are stuck in your head as well, and this is what you said: Lisa Adams said: “‘Let it Go.’ I liked it the first 5,001 times. I like it now and then, but it really has sticking power.” Although, I wonder how she will feel about it after the 5,002nd time hearing it. 🤔 Melanie Ferguson said: “‘Hello Dolly’ has been running through my brain since we saw the musical performed 11 days ago! I was singing it out loud this morning, so who knows if it's running through my family members' heads also!” And last but not least, Janet Cook said “Always With Me” by Yumi Kimura. I had to look this one up, but recognized it immediately as it is the theme song to one of my all-time favorite movies, “Spirited Away.” Looking for something? Anything related to the 2023 legislative session will have a bee emoji next to it. 👉 🐝 Also on our minds: Harry Reid’s unexamined legacy; more people are getting married, but not that many more; and Lori Vallow’s request to dismiss was denied. |
