In my experience working with thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners…


There are only 2 main reasons people get stuck working too much with ZERO free time.


Personally, I try to work no more than 5-6 hours per day. And I almost always hit that goal or even less.


(That’s actual working time, not including lunch breaks / playtime with baby Isabella etc.)


But it wasn’t always like this… because I didn’t yet understand what I’m about to explain.


So what are the 2 reasons?


The first one is easy to fix (IF you actually apply this principle):


Not managing your schedule in a way that’s congruent with the life you want to live.


This is where you need to take a good hard look at what you actually put on your calendar… and what you should be putting on there… but aren’t.


This can mean the difference between regular date nights with your partner… or a relationship that’s on the rocks.


Or letting your health & fitness fall by the wayside… rather than having time for consistent workouts.


The second reason is not having the right systems to stick to your optimal schedule.


Now, this takes a little more effort to fix…


But once you do get the right systems installed, it makes your entire life easier and you’ll have much greater success with far less work.
