This past week, we published episodes about body image, artificial dyes, and hybrid meetings. We also asked our hosts about their favorite memories of snow. Here's Dr. Johnson's response: "Watching it on TV from a nice tropical climate. But no really, that's probably half true because one of my favorites does involve a television. When I lived in St. Paul, MN there was a bad snowstorm and I took a snow day. I remember watching the news and the anchor was reporting that people were getting trapped on the highway while driving to the mall. I thought to myself, "the mall IS open?!?!" I couldn't believe it! I am South Carolina bred and moved there from Phoenix, AZ so the thought of people going out when their is a foot of snow on the ground was bananas to me. However, once I had that startling realization, I ordered a pizza and it got to me in 30 minutes. A snow day with pizza and horror movies is fantastic! " |
