Last week the Dow entered its seventh week in a losing streak, the longest of such for that index in decades, while the S&P 500 and NASDAQ fell into bear market territory. The S&P 500 retreated to its lowest level since March 2021.

 

U.S. stock futures fell this morning as the market attempts to rebound from a huge sell-off that has greatly affected U.S. stocks and seen the S&P 500 slip into the brink of a bear market. In the pre-market session, Dow futures were down 0.10%, S&P 500 futures fell 0.29%, and Nasdaq futures saw losses of 0.51%.
