Thematically thoughtful

Welcome to the first full week of December, Baltimore. Hope it's not too cold for you.

It's the last month of the year, which means that I'm working with my Technical.ly colleagues to determine the 12 themes for our 2023 editorial calendar. While this calendar doesn't mean that we confine coverage of those topics to just those months — after all, we'd be pretty horrible at our jobs if we, say, didn't cover racial equity outside of June — it does mean that we spotlight topics of particular interest to readers like you.

On that note, I ask you today: What topics would you like to see us explore in dedicated months of 2023? Let us know by emailing baltimore@technical.ly, and thanks for your consideration.

— Technical.ly editor Sameer Rao (sameer@technical.ly

P.S. As noted before, just two days remain to vote for this year's Technical.ly Awards winners! Vote on our five categories by Dec. 7 at 5 p.m.
