| The ACLU is Taking the Trump Administration to Court Again | | | | President Trump has signed a wave of executive orders that mandate discrimination against transgender people. The administration is determined to deny trans people the freedom to live safely and with dignity. The ACLU and our partners are taking the Trump administration to court. We’ve filed a lawsuit against the administration’s attempts to shut down access to life-saving medical care for trans youth once again. And most recently, we’re challenging the order blocking trans and intersex people from getting passports that accurately reflect their gender—an unconstitutional attempt to decide when and where we have the freedom to be ourselves. No executive order can erase transgender and intersex people. Join the ACLU in defending the rights of transgender and intersex people across the country. Add your name today. | | |
