Obviously, it’s a tough time for everyone right now...
But he appreciated and embraced the challenging times.

Despite the uncertainty, the way to move forward is to emerge and evolve.
That is why he was still able to serve his customers and continue to create lasting impressions for them. He adapted so he could continue to serve others in times like these.
